Our mess operates during the following hours:
- Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM
- Lunch: 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM
- Dinner: 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM
Timings may vary slightly on weekends and holidays.

We offer three main meal plans:
1. Full Plan: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner (7 days/week)
2. Weekday Plan: Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner (Monday-Friday)
3. Custom Plan: Choose any combination of meals/days
All plans are available in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.

We accept multiple payment methods:
- Cash payment at our office
- Online bank transfer
- Mobile payment apps
- Credit/Debit cards (in-person only)
Payments are typically collected at the beginning of each month.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time by paying the difference. Downgrades are only allowed at the beginning of a new billing cycle. Please notify us at least 3 days in advance for any changes.

We offer meal credits for absences of 3+ consecutive days when notified in advance. These credits can be applied to your next month's bill or used for guest meals. Medical absences require a doctor's note for extended periods.

We maintain strict hygiene standards:
- Regular kitchen inspections and staff training
- Daily cleaning and sanitization protocols
- Fresh ingredients purchased daily from trusted suppliers
- Proper food storage and handling procedures
- Monthly third-party quality audits

Yes! Members can bring guests by:
- Paying guest charges at the counter
- Using accumulated meal credits
- Prior arrangement for large groups
We request at least 2 hours notice for guest meals whenever possible.

You may cancel your membership with 15 days notice. Refunds for unused days are processed within 7-10 business days. No refunds are given for partial months except in special circumstances (medical issues, relocation, etc.).

We can accommodate:
- Vegetarian/Vegan options
- Jain food (on request)
- Gluten-free alternatives
- Mild spice level adjustments
